Katherine Jean Bolduan professionally known as Kate Bolduan is an American broadcast journalist. Most well-known for her anchoring of the CNN morning show At This Hour, Bolduan is an American broadcast journalist. In the past, she was a co-anchor of CNN's morning show New Day as well as The Situation Room. Bolduan participated in CNN's award winning coverage of the presidential election 2012 and 2016. Bolduan worked as a correspondent from Washington, DC covering activities in and around the US House of Representatives and Senate. Bolduan's reports on the activities of Congress and other events in her time as an official of the Capitol Hill Unit included the discussion to increase the debt limit for the US, as well as deliberations by the super-committee. She has also served as an assignment reporter covering general news events such as an attack on the federal government's Christmas Day bombing attempt the important Supreme Court decision on Obamacare and the implementation of Obamacare's stimulus program of the government in 2009.
