Lis Wihl (born on 19 August 1961) was an American lawyer and writer who was employed by Fox News.
She has been an adjunct professor in Law in New York Law School and was previously an Associate Professor at the University of Washington Law School. Legal commentaries have been provided to National Public Radio and Bill O'Reilly's Radio Factor. She's been in The O'Reilly Factor and Your World With Neil Cavuto. The Kelly File is a show with Megyn Kelly and Lou Dobbs as well as the Imus Morning Shows.
Wiehl was born in Yakima, Washington, and was a graduate of West Valley High School in Yakima. She earned her bachelor's in English from Barnard College, followed by an MA in literature from University of Queensland, in 1985.
Wiehl is a former prosecutor at the US Attorney. She worked as the legal correspondent for NPR All Things Considered. She served as "the the deputy chief investigator for Democrats in the House Judiciary Committee at the moment of Clinton's impeachment." She was a tenured professor in laws at the University of Washington School of Law, Seattle from 1995-2001 as well as the director of an organization called the Trial Advocacy Program. She worked as an analyst for Fox News from 2001 until 2017.
